Rules and Regulation
- The admission process for all graduate and postgraduate courses will be conducted in accordance with the instructions issued by the University.
- All admissions shall remain provisional until verified and approved by the University.
- Admissions will not exceed the number of seats allocated by the University, NCTE, or AICTE.
- Admission to the B.Ed. program will be based on the results of a Common Entrance Test.
- Admissions to B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.C.A., B.B.A., B.Ed., M.A., and M.Com. programs will follow the rules and standards set by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the University, NCTE, and AICTE.
- Candidates from General and Other Backward Classes must have completed a graduate or postgraduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks to be eligible for B.Ed. admission.
- Applicants from states other than Uttar Pradesh will be given a weightage of 5%. In case such candidates are not available, the vacant seats will
be offered to General category candidates.
- Reservations for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) will be provided as per prevailing government regulations.
- All candidates must submit a medical certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of their district, confirming that they are not suffering from communicable or disruptive conditions such as stuttering, muteness, or deafness, which may hinder classroom instruction.
Special Information and Instructions
- All admissions are temporary until verification is complete. The Principal reserves the right to cancel any admission at any time.
- The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited on campus.
- Students must arrive at the college for prayer assembly before the scheduled time, wearing the prescribed uniform and carrying their identity card.
- The college identity card serves as official proof of your student status. Always carry it with you on campus.
- If you decide to leave the college after admission, immediately inform the college office and return your identity card to the Chief Proctor.
- All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area.
- Treat all college property as your own. It is your moral duty to safeguard and maintain it.
- Students must check the notice board daily for important updates and announcements.
- Choose your subjects carefully at the time of admission. No changes will be permitted afterward.
- All students must pledge to uphold the educational, moral, social, and cultural values of the college.
- The college will not be held responsible for any issues arising at the university level.
- Students must read and understand all rules mentioned in the college brochure. Admission is subject to compliance with these rules.
- To be eligible for the university examination, students must have at least 75% attendance in both theory and practical classes. Lack of attendance may lead to detainment from the examination by the college/university.
- Attendance will be counted from the official start date of the teaching session, not from the date of admission.
- Ragging is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offense as per the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Students facing any related issues should immediately report to a member of the Anti-Ragging Cell.
- Full college fees must be paid before submission of the examination form.
